Hi! My name is Karen and I LOVE helping people be their best selves. I specialize in helping women in small businesses and direct sales change their mindset, confidence, and focus to propel their businesses forward. Accountability and reality are important and I coach with both of those in mind.

I had owned several businesses and been in many direct sales companies until I found what worked.

After teaching and training for several years, I was encouraged to open my own coaching business. In February 2023, I took the plunge and found my passion.
